Hi Folks,
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Week One!
Please remember so sign your name at the end of your post (especially if your username is not the same as your own name).
Before you post, read the ‘hints’ on the main page of the blog. As well, use these guiding questions for your discussions:
How did the author begin the story to engage the reader?
What is the story problem? How do you think it will be solved?
Where and when does the story take place? Could the setting be a real place that exists in our time?
Are there any powerful characters in the story? What makes them that way?
Who is the most interesting character? Why?
Who is the most important character? Why?
What does this story make you think or wonder?
Were you reminded of anything in your own life?
the story made my wonder what will happen to the borrowers
ReplyDeleteWhat made you wonder that, Niko? What happened to them?
ReplyDeletea new boy started to live at the house were the borrowers live in and pod ( the dad of the borrowers) got seen by the boy
ReplyDeleteDear Niko,
ReplyDeleteWho is the boy? Why does it matter that he has been seen?
Ms. Nugent

ReplyDeleteDear Gage,
ReplyDeleteWhat is the 'good stuff' of the book?
I like the idea that there are little people living under the floorboards of a house! I wonder what that would be like. I wonder if they would have hide from the rats and mice! Eww.
